Preheat oven to 220°C.
Line baking tray with baking paper. Place the Maple Flavour Infused Pork
Loin on the prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C.
Reduce temperature to 180°C and cook for a further 60 minutes.
Always check to make sure pork is cooked through.
Serve Maple Pork with whole roasted sweet potatoes, that have been halved lengthways, drizzled with olive oil, and sprinkled with crumbled feta and fresh herbs. Accompany with a sour cream that has grainy mustard stirred through.
Alternatively, slice some brussel sprouts and lightly panfry in olive oil with diced pancetta.
